Do I need an app or a plastic card?
Neither. Your stamp card is digital and saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone. Just show it at the salon and we’ll add your stamp.
How do I collect stamps?
You earn one stamp per visit to Le Lotus London. We’ll scan your QR card on your wallet to stamp, your progress updates instantly.
What do I get, and when?
5% off when you join, 15% off at your 5th stamp, and 25% off any one service at your 10th. After the 10th your card resets so you can start earning again.
Can I use a reward with other offers?
Loyalty rewards can’t be combined with other promotions, and the 25% reward applies to one service. Just let us know you’d like to use it when you book
Do stamps or rewards expire?
We’ll always tell you if a reward has a use-by date. Pop in regularly and you’ll never miss out.
