BIAB is much thicker and more durable than regular gel. Think of gel as paint, while BIAB is like a reinforcing layer that adds structural strength. That’s why it prevents breakage and lasts 2-3 weeks without chipping.
Yes! BIAB is perfect for both. For weak nails, it acts as a protective shield letting them grow. For nail-biters, the finish is so hard you physically can’t bite through it, helping you break the habit while your natural nails recover underneath.
